The mind also needs training<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">It\u2019s no secret that mental health is one of the most important things in life \u2014 especially nowadays, when every day we are bombarded with information, tasks, and expectations.<br>Here comes one of the strongest benefits of training:&nbsp;<strong>its effect on the mind.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">During physical activity, our body releases endorphins \u2014 the happiness hormones. This isn\u2019t just a motivational phrase \u2014 it\u2019s a biochemical fact.<br><strong>Training reduces anxiety, helps with depressive states, and brings a feeling of control and strength.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">You know that moment when everything irritates you, nothing works, and you feel stuck?
